STEP 1: Complete your EOC Worksheet and email it as noted. After your Worksheet has been approved, you will receive an e-mail containing your Registration Code.  My EOC Eligibility Worksheet

Step 2: Log in with the e-mail address and four-digit code you received from NCCME. Click here if you need to have it sent again  Log In

||
Step 3: Complete your PROFILE and submit. using the exact same First and Last Name used to LOG IN. My Profile

STEP 4: Go to REGISTRATION and enter your credit card payment online. Registration
